Pulling up and stepping up!!

Well I did it! I pulled up my socks, jumped on a bus and stepped up what felt like the steepest street in Bath!! (Look at extra photo and you'll see what I mean!) The things a girl will do for a glass of Prosecco!!!

I was the first to arrive, and I didn't stay long, but I'm glad I made the effort to join my friend in celebrating her 50th birthday. It was good to share a glass of bubbles with her, and to have a nosy at her house! She recently moved in to a beautiful Georgian four storey town house, not far from the Royal Crescent, in what must be one of Bath's loveliest (and steepest!) streets.

After a couple of hours, I left the party girls to it, with plans for another ten hours of Prosecco quaffing on the cards! As I left, I noticed that out of about 30+ 'girls' only four of us were brunettes, everyone else was blonde!! Is it really true that that blondes have more fun?!
