Shadow of a performance

An extraordinary day spent at the Oval watching a much loved sport that I think used to be known as Test Cricket. Judging by performances, scores and results over the last 6 weeks emphasised by today's summary it ain't Test cricket any longer. It's circus cricket lasting 3 days not 5.

Having said that a great day, baking hot, wonderful stadium but a shocking display from England.

(But who cares about all of the above as we've WON the Ashes)
