Old pals

Good to see old Fred again today and he didn't disappoint as he tried desperately to get out of his pen for 3hrs solid. The old boy was found in 1976 and will go on longer than I that's for sure so an impressive reptile.

Been a hot one that's for sure as a half marathon was completed first thing then frazzled at a BBQ. The best introduction to the culinary World? Burger Sauce! Phenomenal stuff

My next home for the next 3 out of 4 weeks starts tomorrow on a long haul to Minnesota via Chicago takes place. Good job I love the U.S and looking forward to 'hey you're from London, do you know Gary? I think he lives in Kilburn'.
