A Quiet Day

We headed to Leura today where we took part in "A Quiet Day with Thomas Merton".  This was a meditative workshop lead by an old friend of ours with his wife providing a delightful lunch.

Thomas Merton was a mystic who "was given to experiencing and encouraging the contemplative journey into a deeper life with God."  I found taking photos during one of the quiet sessions helped me focus as I am easily distracted. I have added a couple of extras.
