What is this? Monkey Business

Thank you for the encouragement on my 10th blip, it’s an interesting new venture.
 
I know that this isn’t a real challenge, but I’d be curious to know if anyone that views this image can recognise what this item is?
 
I do use it quite regularly, but it’s somewhat ornate for its purpose! 
 

Being new to blip, I know that not many people will respond, irrespective, I will post more of the image tomorrow!
