Impressive or scary?

Sorry this is not a very good quality image. It is taken using my phone and getting screenshots is always hit and miss...

Went to watch the movie Inside Out in Deira City Centre today. The Minions movie is already on its way out and wasn't showing on a cinema near us, so chose this movie instead. G being a teacher, loved it! We had a look at a few shops whilst there and on the way out, I spotted this screen saying "Find Your Car". Well, you've got to try it haven't you??

I put in my registration number and couldn't believe the result. Not only has it found my car, but it's even showing G & me walking away from it! Yikes! I can see that this technology is useful for hapless people who don't think of noting where they've left their vehicle, but you've got to admit the amount of surveillance going on is scary.

Brought G's car back home from our friends house... she had it parked in the shade all these weeks. It started immediately first time. Beautiful! Then home briefly before going out again to visit the landlord to pay the rent. He had said he was going to raise it 10% but 10% two years in a row seemed a bit much, so we chatted about it and to our surprise (and huge relief), he has left it the same! [He's threatened to increase it a huge amount next year though.]

We celebrated by having a mixed fruit cocktail... very happy. :D   Thanking God...
