Skipper

I think this is an Ottoe Skipper but I am not at all sure. It is on honeyvine milkweed on the fence.
Nice day today. B is mowing again in anticipation of more rain tonight. We shall see what happens.
In the extras I have included a spider that I found this morning. I don't know what it is but it looks like a jumping spider. Do jumping spiders make webs like this?
