Turkey vulture

This guy was just sitting in the dead tree and there were several crows in the tree also, making such a racket. I don't think they approved of the turkey vulture one little bit!

A lovely day today, only about 73 with a breeze. Perfect! The next few nights are to be in the 50s. I think maybe fall is upon us!

The extra is of some dogwood berries that I found this morning, Cornus drummondii. Fairly common in the understory.
