This morning, we hiked up Saddle Rock. This was my third time up Saddle Rock this week. I can tell you that it is a great work out and my body is already responding and it was easier today than last Sunday.

I dragged the kids with me this morning. Unfortunately, there was a lot of smoke from devastating Northwest fires but it did make for a dramatic shot.
