Normal service is resumed

After 4 days in the middle of the back of beyond where the internet was little more than a myth and 3G was thought to be an unusual bra size.

I will add narrative later in the day and respond to comments over recent days when I have more time. Right now I'm getting to grips with the backlog of emails and the intricacies of migrating my email account which is going to end in tears - I just know it.
