Happy Bunny

The first thing I saw when I peeked round the curtains this morning was the deer family in the field; mum and her two little fawns, though not so little now but still with the big cute factor. So very delicate and a gorgeous pale fawn colour.


By the time I’d hot-footed it downstairs they had hidden in the hedgerow opposite but soon reappeared a little later. 


Hiding then behind the garden hedge with my biggest lens and extender it was quite fun watching them, the babies being very well looked after and mum always on the alert at the slightest noise. They seem to be in fine 'fettle' as they say in Yorkshire.
