Monsoon

I finally got a decent shot of lightning in a desert scene. This was difficult to shoot. I went for a long walk downtown for the day's photo, but none was any good. I did see some future blips, though. A storm was coming in, so I went home.

I decided to make the drive to the lookout 25 miles away and try to get some lightning. I saw some really nice bolts on the drive there but didn't capture anything spectacular. I finally got this after maybe 25 minutes. That was fun.

I turned around and faced the city for the extra photo.
