Wet

Today’s blip is of the lake outside of our front door, formed by the rain that has been very heavy for the past few hours.  I was intending to do a fair bit of outside work today, including replacing the bulbs in the security lights and front lamp posts etc., however this was not to be and I spent the day reading.  Despite all of this heavy rain our pond shown in the extra picture is still for all intents and purposes dry, just very slightly muddy at the bottom and heavily overgrown; I need to get in there with a scythe.
