I've not been out running for ages, probably not since before the school holidays started. I really want to get back into the habit as despite all my reservations, I actually quite loved it.

Anyway, given I've spent about 21 of the last 24 hours in bed with a rubbish cold, watching the world championships is probably the closest I'll get to running any time soon.
