Disgusto on my table

Well, this didn't go well. New repair kit arrived, and taking Disgusto apart was problematic.

The problem was reassembling. Or not so much reassembling, but the instructions to reassemble. My discovery was that this carb does have things missing from it - either someone has been in it before (possible as it had loose screws) or that Dodge never put all the various components into this carb (also possible). However, the repair kit had all the extra components missing from this one, which didn't seem to go anywhere.

After 2 hours of fiddling with this, and deciding that the float was indeed screwed (as per the betting by my friends), I gave up, spent the $100 for a new carb. Simply not worth screwing around with any longer.
