Looking for gold!

What a day.

Saw a new house this morning, but for some reason it got unlisted as fast as it was listed, and our realtors haven't got to the bottom of that. Can't let this one get away. Nice little 2/1 that we can make to a 3/1 fairly easily. Bit of work required, new kitchen new bathroom, but no big deal really. Not a short sale either.

However, my wife is now deciding on colours for our new home. Gold for the main bathroom. We've joked about black and gold, but we'll see what happens. Trouble is that gold comes in many flavours so we do need to get the right one that we can live with.
