Sandis

Leaving Guernsey. This is Sandis, Restaurant Manager at our hotel - and has been for a number of years. He runs a highly efficient staff - and it is also special to get an individual welcome and attention from him when we appear every year.

He is a really nice chap, Sandis. The only Latvian I know, I think!
