Eat Clean, Train Dirty

That’s my new motto. Or rather it’s the motto of the new gym I joined today. Our old one was getting bit shabby and not very inclined to do anything about it. I went to look around with my cycle buddy Anthea. It’s all very new and shiny and BIG. We got a goody bag with a T-shirt bearing our new motto.

We seem to share part of our logo with a popular TV channel???
