I had a fine day out with 7yo and 11yo on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway, our first visit since 11yo's second birthday.

With our rover tickets in hand we started by traveling the length of the line from Keighley to Oxenhope, had our picnic there and then walked through the woods back to Haworth. We then go back on the train down to Ingrow West to visit the museums there. We then returned up the line to Oakworth to explore the Railway Children station before catching the last train back down to Keighley.

Locomotive 43924 was in service throughout the day and pulled us reliably on each trip.

A good start to the Bank Holiday weekend.
