Here Colin is clearly trying to help me rid the terrace of unwanted green things.  Too hot to work outside today... but it had to be done.  Managed to get the weedstop fabric down under the paused decking before the grass overwhelmed it.  I really don't know how folk do outdoor jobs down here in the summer.

Otherwise, a day of some admin, some purchasing, much worrying about whether the kids' school supplies would arrive in time and a comfort movie to finish the day.  (Notting Hill before you get any funny ideas.)
