End of WW2 Party

On Monday our two villages are holding an End of World War 2 Party. My drama group is performing a short scene from our first Time Travellers production about a young man who comes from the north and is stationed in the village.  Tonight was their dress rehearsal.  The party will also have singing and stories about life in the villages during WW2.

Extra photos are of men from the 405 (City of Vancouver)Squadron who were based here from 1941 to 1946.  And an amazing sunset outside our village hall!!!
