Brief Blue Sky...

A mainly dry day with some nasty showers. The 2 herds busy speining hill lambs (weaning). Spent most of the day baling silage. By tonight,we had managed 150 bales cleared and wrapped and stacked.Hope to get the last 20 rows tomorrow.
Other jobs included bringing in 2 cows with problem calves. One only has 1 working teat. The other has 3,but her calf had died,so swapped the other calf onto her . The other cow will need to fatten up and be sold.
A full moon tonight,but feeling like an autumn night.
