The new one

So yes, we got another pet. I think we may need a farm soon.

We had talked about another bird for a long time as budgies are social birds and live together in the wild.

So we finally just went and got another male budgie, hes young and the bird man at the shop said 2 males will fight initially to establish who's in charge so for now they are in separate cages but we got them both out to day and they sat on Andres shoulder happily chirping to each other so already a good choice.

His name? Well our blue one is chirplock holmes so Andre had to match it- the green one is dr. song watson (you know instead of dr john watson. Holmes and watson.

Im terrible. At the pet shop there was a huge hutch that looked like a kids tree house, i swooned thinking if we had a bigger yard with grass i could have got it with more rabbits and guinea pigs!!!!!. I left before i made any bad decisions.

Our week has been so up and down. 

Since i last blipped on Monday- Marley has fully recovered but only going back to school Thursday as Tuesday he drank all day and Wednesday started eating again but just plain stuff. 

Andre was off Monday and Tuesday but really should have been off Wednesday too as he came home not well at all. Thursday he seemed a lot better then yesterday- Friday, he came home sick from work, not good at all.

What is the worst for him is the abdominal cramping- the pain from it , i went to the pharmacy yesterday and they gave me some antispasmodic meds to stop all of that, and some better electrolytes.

So they're all almost better, Harper, Kanye and i are fine.

It was Harpers second birthday on Tuesday and we did nothing so having a family get together tomorrow.

Was hoping to really get in the garden this weekend but its pouring with rain....
