A Mural for Sustrans

This is a section of a large mural covering both sides of a passage way leading on to Gifford Park from  Clerk Street and part of new Sustrans route linking the Innocent Railway route from Portobello through the Meadows to the Union Canal and points west.

We were on our way to see the Bernat Klein exhibition in the Dovecot Gallery. Alongside this there was an amazing exhibition called Aggregations by a Korean Artist Kwang Young Chun. His works were made up of meticulous assemblage of small triangular shaped packages made from dyed Mulberry paper and tied with handmade mulberry string. It was mind blowing to know that someone could have the patience to produce exhibits like the one in my extra blip.
