A First

A little bit of history in Glasgow tonight.

The first Champions Hockey League game to take place in the UK. Braehead Clan against Växjö Lakers from Sweden. A sell out crowd.

Clan lost 1:3 and Lakers were more dominant than the score suggests. Clan goalie Chris Holt was a busy man, and had some great saves.

Clan host ERC Ingolstadt next Saturday. My ERCI shirt is hanging upstairs waiting...
