Sunny-Side
Beneath some low and rolling hills,
Where the valley opens wide.
There is a friendly little town,
With a road called...Sunnyside.
A thoroughfare past farming lands,
Where water doth provide.
Moisture for abundant crops,
Along the edge of...Sunnyside.
Long years ago through mud and mire,
This road was made to ride.
A horse...and rutted wagon tracks,
Are under-neath..this Sunnyside.
Old land-marks fall and pass away,
As new ones rise to hide.
Where Settlers stayed on "Little Sand Creek",
That crosses...Sunnyside.
O wii... O wii, is an endless chant,
When comes the eventide.
Life and death join caravans,
And travel together...on Sunnyside.
