Harvest

We spent the day cropping the garden produce. We picked blackcurrants, beans, peas, courgettes, kale. Courgettes have not been a great success this year as it has not been warm or sunny enough. In fact everything is very late. We also had to lift the leeks as they were shotting. This used to happen at the end of the season not so soon. My dad would have been able to tell us why - maybe a blipping gardener can tell me.

Now I must make a little Blub book of our Bruges sojourn. I hope you are all enjoying the Bank holiday, England only I suppose.
