What a mess!

This filter coffee maker is a pain and only a week old.

Lost half an hour last week procuring paper filters a simple matter you may think but the makers website contains no mention of filters. An e mail to customer services was enlightening, go to a different (trading) website no link from main website what's the secret!

Eventualy get to other website, the price of paper filters £2.50, each, possibly, no amount of clicking revealed how many for £2.50. Advised customer services of issue and 3 days later still wait a reply. In the end purchased from Amazon, 100 for about £8 delivered.

Now tonight fill up using the last of the mean few filters supplied with machine and for some reason the coffee spluttered down the outside of the jug leaving a puddle of coffee and spent grindings.

Now in need of something stronger than coffee…
