Mindless
A lazy day on the beach as the sun finally shone without the strong winds. I had to pop into town first for some milk and visited the burial chamber up the road. This is part of the railings that surrounds the tomb as it is much more impressive than the one we saw yesterday. Not one for supporting mindless vandalism but felt the urge to blip the quirky metal forging on the points.
Anyhow, Doreen paid a one day visit mid morning. Had lunch then made our way to the sands. I went off on a run along the coast while the others soaked up some sun and built dams. Bumped into the owner of one of the boats we visited the other day and told me some interesting stories about it. The boat in the centre of the estuary is owned by Barcelys bank who he thinks want to preserve it somewhat.
Headed back to the gang via the rock pools then had a little swim. Nattered a bit and discussed what we were having from the chippy.
Nice way to finish the hols!
