Festival Preparations in Mijas

The first day of our Andalucian holiday, with stunning Mijas as our base for the next two weeks.

This is the parish church of La Imaculada Concepcion this evening, as the local people prepare for the annual Feria (festival) in honour of its patron saint, the Virgen de la Pena, which will take place over the next week.
