Ageing

Full on day today. Up, breakfast, dressed and over to my sisters to pick up AJ and take her back home.  We has planned this, and thankfully we had because getting her on a train at a Reading may have been eventful, with the festival being on.

Stopped off en route for lunch - AJ tried to navigate us to an eatery she thought would be nice, but as she doesn't drive anymore proved a bit difficult.  We ended up at a local well-known garden centre with a restaurant, still very nice.

Back to hers and my husband helped her with trying to operate her new 50" television.  She got the television as she is visually impaired and thought she would be able to see the picture better.  She can see the picture better now and has clearer colour for her - but operating the remote as been the difficulty.  As technology gets more and more advanced, there is a bigger gap between the older generation being able to keep up.  Why do we complicate things.......
