Regular (?) Day

The day started as usual - up early, long walk with Lili, visit to mum and then WW.
Mum was good today, looking comfortable and settled, she actually said "yes" today, she usually just laughs! On to WW - pound on :( - have had two weeks break, so not bad. Home to have lunch (main meal) as i have a committee meeting tonight. Spent the afternoon trying to write the chairmans chat ....... this always takes forever, and even though it is every quarter I always leave it to the last minute :). Committee meeting tonight ok - big event next month so need to make sure that all is sorted.
