Hot River Hike

Fantastic walk up the steep sided valley to the point where  hot river meets  cold river. As the temperatures merge it is like taking a hot bath - in a stream!!! (the Campsies were never like this).
Totally surreal to walk past gurgling hot mud pools - reminiscent of the Soup Dragon - and no fences or warning signs - just part of the amazing landscape, and to be treated with respect.
I love this country...
