Charlie's still a Ranger

Transfer deadline today, and the one thing I was almost certain of was that our brilliant striker, Charlie Austin, would be heading to another club - most likely in the Premier League. 

But no - the 6.00 deadline passed this evening and Charlie is still a QPR player, as is Matty Phillips. Indeed the only bit of business done today was an incoming loan signing of the highly rated defender,Gabriele Angella, from Watford. 

All in all - a very positive transfer window for the Rs. Charlie will hopefully get us a few goals between now and January. There's always a chance he could be off in the next transfer window, but until then he's ours.
