Let There Be... Ceilings

Got around to re-fixing the light in the wine cellar this afternoon after the ceiling had been fixed with fire-resistant boarding.

Work started on the ceiling in the bedroom, although stage one is actually to remove more of it in order to extract an ancient, and heavy, galvanised metal tank from one of the past plumbing systems.  Strictly speaking not essential, but easier to sleep when a hundredweight of iron is not carefully balanced on the top of the wall, and hidden.
