Sea horse?

I wonder what he's thinking?  His rider had just been for a swim.  Trying to motivate myself a bit tonight as we had another development in our house saga.  C has finally decided we should make an offer on the house I like BUT our buyer has now pulled out. So we are back to square one....
Onward and upward.  Tomorrow is another day.
