Beningbrough

We had an amazing afternoon at Beningbrough hall today. We were very grateful to be blessed with a National Trust membership so decided to make the most of it while the weather was good and time on our side. It was a brilliant trip! Katie really loved the Royal exhibition. She picked out works by David bailey, Annie Leibovitz, Andy Warhol and more as her particular favourites. She enjoyed the pianist in the Grand Hall. He asked her favourite composer and then played her Dance of the Sugar plum fairies. He then played I got rhythm and she couldn't control her feet any longer!

She really liked the woodland playground and had fun with the den building. We spent ages watching a nest of house martins with mama bird feeding the babies every 5 minutes.

Definitely one we will come back to.
