Party Time...

I've Blipped the Observation Tower on the beach, several times....but this morning was a 'first'....when I found it with balloons draped around the top deck.........
can only imagine it was Party Time on the beach last night....and the revellers climbed up to the top!

that would have been quite a challenge.... as it's designed to not encourage people to climb up!

however, I thought the balloons looked a "picture"....wafting in the morning breeze!
