Palms

Today's Blip is of a Palm branch........ not on a tree.....but lying on the ground...
having dropped from the tree by the sheer weight of the fruit?.....or perhaps blown down during some recent blustery days?
Researching palms before Blipping, I've realised how many different types of palms there are, and how many many different types of fruit.....from coconuts to dates.....to some inedible......
am not at all certain what these are....am thinking inedible!...but perhaps someone will know!!
