Bonnie Purple Heather

An overcast day with a chill wind.

Late August, early September is a great time to see heather on the hills. This was the scene as I travelled to the Angus Glens for a Minister's Away Day.

Our study for the day was to find ways of relating to the contemporary culture, much of which has little connection with organised church life. A very thoughtful day.
