Hattifattener Island

Last year, on her 29th birthday, our friend Em came out for tea and my eldest boy made her a cake loosely based on the Groke from the moonmin books (what with her being from Finland and all).

This year she invited us to her cool party in Aberdeen's trendy organic and vegan cafe with an international and eclectic mix of folk. And we took some marshmallow hattifatteners.
