The Humber Bridge...

Leaving the East Yorkshire weather behind, after our few days of cloud and rain, we made a short detour this morning to visit the Humber Bridge, which was opened in 1981.

The extra shot shows the underside of the bridge from the Yorkshire side. I tried my best to get a symmetrical shot but obstacles like fencing, through which the wide-angle lens had to be pushed, and warning notices got in the way.
