Lemon curd.

It was the first day back at school for the teenagers. They were quite excited to be meeting up with their friends again and to find out who their teachers would be.

The teenage boy has grown so much over the holidays that his blazer now looks ridiculous with sleeves that are close to his elbows!

I made some lemon curd today as I found some organic lemons reduced at the supermarket.
