Another emergency blip

My knitting is making only minimal progress - due mostly to the amount of time the cat is spending in my arms. He is missing the sun. So am I.

I had hoped today to capture the swallows that are thronging about the house. A dozen or more were on the telephone wire this morning. Unfortunately work got in the way and I spent my day rationalising the cupboard storage space in the camper van.

Our itinerary for Scotland is set and ferries and camp sites are booked. We are toying with the notion of adding on another day and going out to the Black Isle but the absence of the ferry at Cromarty is complicating the issue.
