The Upper Lake, Glendalough

Glendalough is the second most visited place in Ireland. Easy enough to see why. For once I got out of bed early enough to get down there (45 minute drive at an easy pace) before the tourist coaches arrived. I was done and dusted and back in the car before the first bunch turned up. Good for the soul.
I might go back there tomorrow morning. There is a big open water swimming competition on which might just provide a shot or two.
