Fall life

My suet feeder is aflutter with little birds these days, and this adorable Chestnut-backed Chickadee is one of the breeds I've seen.  All of the years I had cats I never had bird feeders, but now I'm so happy to see all of this life around my window. The birds with the long beaks eat the suet, and the tiny little birds eat the droppings on the ground.  Who could ask for more!
