Frisbee

Having recently discovered Ultimate Frisbee, or Ultimate, I've been keen to actually play it - it sounds fun. So it arrived today and we ran out into the field to test the waters, and yup, I think there is promise there... Temple Park next! Need to round up some guinea pigs!

So when the balloon in my "extra" went directly over us I thought that looks like monomonday (with a theme of "Contrast") is out of the window, how can I not keep those colours, but then Ms H was catching the small orange disc in front of the big yellow disc in the sky and we were back  on track.

Wow, another glorious day, why can't wee arrange to have them in the summer months?
