Zombie Day

Extra:  When do we get to eat people, the buffet is terrible...

We watched George C. Romero (son of George A.), above, directing a cast of zombies along the general lines of: There's a body being eaten over there and I want some of you to help out with that, the rest of you lurch toward the camera...  and have fun!  

Mr. Romero was filming a short zombie flick for the Portland Film Festival, more info. 

Great fun to stand and watch for a little while, we had no idea this was going on today so it was entertaining to stumble across it, everyone was having a great time.  There are some extra pix of Romero directing,  zombies doing what they do, and also one of the zombie extras photographing us.  :-)
