Rerwick Head

Rerwick was top of the list of places to visit with my brother, as there is a village of ruined WW2 buildings, as well as interesting rocks and some birds.  The wind was forecast to drop today, so we set it aside for Rerwick, and it was fairly still all the time we were there.

We saw a couple of groups of cormorants, which was a bonus, and a pair of unidentified birds flew past which looked like herons.

Came home to have home-grown fried eggs, with baked beans on toast, and a large mug of tea.  Perfect :)
