Was wide awake this morning after hearing strange noises...luckily it was just a window box at the front of the house, blown off by the wind.  They should use 'strange' noises like this for alarm clocks - awake with a start every day! ;)

Greenfinches were here this morning for the seeds.  I counted six individuals, including some juveniles like this one.

I call the extra 'Orville', companion of the late Keith Harris.  The wind was fluffing his feathers (Orville's, not Keith's).
